While using our Site or the App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information is limited to: Name, Mobile number, and School name.
Children's Privacy and Parental Consent
Our App caters to students from Kindergarten up to Class 10, which includes children under the age of 13. We take the privacy of young users very seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global child safety guidelines.
PARENTAL CONSENT: We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Account creation and the sharing of a mobile number must be done by a parent or legal guardian.
LIMITED COLLECTION: For students under 13, data collection is strictly limited to the information necessary to participate in the educational activities (Name, Mobile Number for login/verification, and School Name).
PARENTAL RIGHTS: Parents or guardians can review their child's personal information at any time, request that we delete it, or refuse to allow any further collection or use of the child's data. To exercise these rights, please contact us immediately at contact@gofolympiad.org.
Log Data and Device Information
Like many site and app operators, we collect information that your browser or mobile device sends whenever you visit our Site or use our App ("Log Data"). Account and Data Deletion Rights:
If you wish to delete your account or request the permanent deletion of your Personal Information, you can do so by:
Using the "Delete Account" option inside the settings menu of the GOF Olympiad App.
Sending a direct deletion request via email to contact@gofolympiad.com.
Once requested, your account and associated data will be securely and permanently deleted from our databases within a reasonable timeframe, unless legal obligations require us to retain it.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
